Shipping Policy – Diranotee
At Diranotee, we proudly design, produce, and ship all our products from the USA. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday to ensure a smooth shopping experience and timely delivery.
Please note: Items within the same order may ship separately depending on availability and product type.
Production Time
- Standard Apparel: Ready to ship in 3–5 business days
- Embroidered, Sublimated, or Handmade Items: May take 5–10 business days for production
Shipping Timeframes
Domestic (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4–8 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 14–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Orders & Shipping Addresses
Orders placed on the same day are processed separately and cannot be combined. A single order cannot be split across multiple addresses. To ship to different locations, please place separate orders.
Updating Your Shipping Address
You can request changes to your shipping address within 4 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, address updates are no longer possible. For assistance, contact us immediately at contact.diranotee@gmail.com.
International Customs & Potential Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees as required by your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Occasionally, customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. For details, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.
