Intellectual Property Policy – Diranotee

At Diranotee, we take pride in providing a platform where artists and designers can showcase their creativity through custom apparel and merchandise. While we celebrate originality and self-expression, we are equally committed to respecting and protecting intellectual property (IP) rights.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, creating, or selling content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or any other legally protected intellectual property.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

We take claims of IP infringement seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material has been used on our platform without permission, you may submit a detailed infringement notice. Once verified, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the infringing material.

Accounts responsible for repeated violations may face permanent suspension.

When submitting a claim, please include:

B. After We Receive a Valid Report

Once we receive and verify a complete infringement notice:

The infringing content will be removed or disabled.

The uploader will be notified of the removal.

Accounts with repeated or serious violations may be permanently terminated.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have the legal right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Identification of Removed Content: What was removed and its original location on Diranotee.

Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Confirming the removal was a mistake or case of misidentification.
